Why should I book a professional cleaner?
Hiring a professional cleaner saves you time, stress, and energy while ensuring a deeper, more detailed clean than standard household cleaning. We use proven methods and professional tools to clean areas most people overlook, helping maintain a healthier, fresher living environment and protecting the long-term condition of your home or business.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not need to be home. Many clients provide entry instructions for convenience.
How do I make a special request?
Special requests can be added in the “Additional Notes” section of your quote form or discussed directly during booking. We do our best to accommodate custom needs, including priority areas, specific instructions, or focus rooms.
How do I book a cleaning?
You can request a quote through our website form or contact us directly by phone or email.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. We bring all necessary standard cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer that we use specific products in your home, you are welcome to provide them.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require notice prior to cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Full policy details are provided in your service agreement at booking.
Important Service Information
To ensure safety, quality, and realistic expectations, please review the following:
We do not use ladders higher than three steps for safety reasons.
We use extension dusters to reach high and difficult areas safely.
We cannot move heavy furniture or appliances, but we will clean all accessible and visible areas.
We ask that homes be reasonably picked up prior to cleaning (clothes, toys, clutter). If excessive clutter is present, we will clean around it as best as possible.
Please remove or notify us of any fragile, valuable, or personal items that require special care.
Pets must be secured or put away prior to arrival for safety and efficiency.
We do not clean pet waste, biohazards, or hazardous materials.
We do not clean sensitive items such as electronics, diaper genies, or delicate display setups unless specifically agreed upon.
Every home is different, and we aim to be flexible when possible. If a job exceeds the expected scope upon arrival, we will communicate with you directly to find the best solution. This may include:
Scheduling a follow-up visit
Adjusting service scope
Offering a revised estimate or partial refund when appropriate
All adjustments are handled professionally and transparently.
